1)10 QC with 3-5years working experience
2) Quality is controlled from source and by every stuff works in below is the QC procedure:
Purchase, Machining Shop, Sheet metal workshop, Painting workshop; →QC; →Warehouse; →Aging test; →Assembly plant.
High quality of production equipment as follow:
A. Powder coating Test equipment, testing the quality of the powder, making sure the color does not fade in 3to 5 years.
B. High temperature aging test room, examining if the control panel can the normally work in the high temperature situation.
C. Low temperature, humidity aging cabinet, examining if the control panel can the normally work in the low temperature situation.
D. Tin stove, welding the control board and electronic parts by ourselves.
4) Low-Revising rate: the rate of the product return to repair is 1‰
OEM, ODM is considered
Production is one of the most important sections in our company.
To improve production efficiency , we bring in Japanese Amada Fully automatic CNC punch press,CNC cutting bed,CNC bending machine,CNC EDM,Lathe,Milling,Electrostatic spraying , Injection line equipment and so on .
With 4 unit production lines, we have 8 workers on the lines at the same time.
OEM, ODM are considerable.
